Our KIHON consists of 55% cotton and 45% polyester, is both lightweight (8oz) and robust (reinforced poly stitches at all seams) and fits all karate tasks as well es selfdefense practice. The jacket can be tied in the traditional way, the pants have an easy-to-use elastic band with additional cord to fasten tightly. The material is sanforized and keeps its form when washed. A white belt is included.
